1.Who this policy covers

This website is built for marketing agencies. This policy covers information we collect from agency owners and staff who visit the site or apply to become partners. It does not cover information about your clients that you share with us after you become a partner. That information is governed by our Partner Agreement and mutual NDA.

2.Information we collect

Information you give us. When you apply through our qualification form, we collect your full name, work email, agency name, agency website, Instagram handle (optional), the service you need, your client's monthly ad spend range and the number of active campaigns. If you email us, we collect what you send.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. If we enable analytics tools in the future and you accept cookies, we will also collect the pages you visit, time on page, the site that referred you, your device and browser type, your approximate location based on your IP address, and actions such as form submissions and calculator use.

We do not collect payment information through this website. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

3.How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Review your application and decide whether your agency is a fit
• Reply to you by email and, if you qualify, send our NDA and Partner Agreement
• Understand how visitors use the site and improve it
• Measure and improve our own advertising, only if you accept advertising cookies
• Meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We will not use it for a purpose unrelated to these without asking you first.

4.Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, under terms that require them to protect it and use it only for the services they provide to us. These include:

• Website hosting: Lovable
• Form processing and email delivery: Resend and Google (Gmail)
• Analytics and advertising measurement providers, only if we enable them and you accept cookies

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our legal rights, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business, in which case the buyer must keep protecting it under this policy.

5.Cookies and tracking

This website currently uses only the cookies and similar storage that are necessary to keep the site secure and working properly. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies at this time.

If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will ask for your consent through a cookie banner before they load, and we will update this policy and its "Last updated" date. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Meta and Google account settings.

6.Where your information is stored

Some of our service providers store and process data outside Canada, including in the United States. When your information is stored outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.

7.How long we keep it

• Applications from agencies that do not become partners: up to 24 months, then deleted
• Partner information: for the length of the partnership, then as long as tax and legal record-keeping rules require
• Analytics and advertising data: according to the retention settings of Google and Meta

When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.

8.How we protect it

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including limiting access to people who need it, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and two-factor authentication on our business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authorities of a breach when the law requires it.

9.Your choices and rights

You can ask to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, subject to legal exceptions. You can withdraw your consent to tracking cookies at any time through the cookie banner once it is available, or by clearing cookies in your browser, and unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta or the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

If you live in the United States, your state may give you additional privacy rights. Send any request to the same email and we will handle it according to the law that applies to you.

10.Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
